- What are comparable sales?
- Recent sales of up to 10 similar homes near a house, from public county records, adjusted to the house's size and shown as a lower, middle and upper range. Every sale is listed, so you can check them yourself.
- Is it an appraisal or advice?
- No. It's public sales data. County records can't see inside a house, and sheriff sales are as-is. Do your own research before you bid.
- How do I get access after paying?
- After paying you come back to this site and your plan opens automatically on that device. You'll also see your access key: save it to unlock your phone or another computer on the Account page. It's also in your Polar customer portal.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime, from your Polar customer portal.
